Where and how your mascot is manufactured
Manufacturing is carried out in partner workshops, primarily located in Asia. Mascots may be shipped directly from these workshops to your destination, which is why you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Manufacturing generally takes around ten days, and shipping time is added to this depending on the destination country. The estimated timeframe shown at checkout is indicative only. If you need your mascot for an event on a fixed date, tell us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility together.

Our mascots are crafted from professional-grade materials selected for lightness, comfort and durability. High-density foam forms the structure, combined with durable and breathable fabrics, plush, felt or textile trims depending on the model.
A complete mascot costume weighs approximately 6 kg, depending on the model, size and selected options. The weight is distributed evenly to ensure good stability and ease of movement. Mascots can be used indoors and outdoors, but in rain or extreme weather we recommend limiting exposure to protect the materials.

On each product page you can choose the size, customise colours, add your logo or text and select accessories. Sizes typically range from S to XXXL for performers between approximately 1.60 m and 1.95 m (5'3" to 6'5"), and a child size is also available. The size chosen at checkout is the basis for manufacturing, so check it before confirming.
If you have your own concept or sketch, our team guides you from initial design through to production. You can also select the 2D sketch before production option: manufacturing begins once you have approved the sketch.

Comfort options, care and storage
Our mascots are designed to be lightweight and breathable, and we recommend regular breaks during long events or in hot weather. You can add an optional built-in head fan and a cooling vest worn underneath the costume. The shoe option adds comfort and stability; without it, the performer wears their own shoes.
To clean the head, use a soft cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap by hand. The body can be machine-washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. Air-dry away from direct heat and never use a tumble dryer. Store the mascot in a clean, dry place away from sunlight, ideally in a transport bag or breathable cover, without crushing the head.
1-year manufacturing warranty and after-sales support
Every mascot comes with a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in workmanship. Depending on the situation, we repair or replace the affected part. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance and misuse are not covered, and the warranty applies in addition to your legal guarantees.
If your mascot is damaged, contact our customer service team with photos of the issue. If the defect is covered, we offer a repair or replacement; otherwise we advise you on the best possible solution.
