- 2D sketch, if you want one Add the 2D sketch option to see the character on paper first. We only start making it once you have approved the sketch.
- Making the costume Production begins when your payment has been received.

Inside a mascot costume
Most mascot costumes come in four main parts: the head, the body suit, and the hands and feet, with a tail or props added on some designs. The head is what the crowd looks at, so it gets the most attention when we build it.
A small fan fitted inside the head keeps air moving around the performer's face, and a cooling vest worn under the inner liner takes some of the heat off the body. Both are options you choose when ordering, and our dedicated guide explains how they work.

Yes. Send the badge, a drawing or some photographs with your quote request and the mascot is built from them.
Will I know the lead time before I pay?
Yes. The estimated lead time is stated in your quote, before you order.
Can I approve the design before it is made?
Yes, through the optional 2D sketch. Production only starts after you have signed it off.
What happens once the payment is received?
That is when we start making your mascot.
