Every mascot is made to order, so your order goes through several successive statuses, which you can check at any time in your customer account ("Order history and details"). Here is what each of them means.
1. Payment accepted
Your payment has been received and confirmed. Your order is registered and passed on to our workshop to start production.
2. Manufacturing – phase 1: pre-production
Your order is in the pre-production phase: the workshop is preparing the manufacture of your mascot (checking the order details, preparing the patterns and materials).
3. Manufacturing – phase 2: finishing
Your order is in the finishing phase: your mascot is being assembled and given its final touches before it is packed for shipping.
4. Shipped
Your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier. You are informed by email; when a tracking number is available, it is sent to you so you can follow the delivery.
How long does it take?
- Manufacturing (phases 1 and 2): 10 days in total.
- Delivery: once shipped, the delivery time depends on the shipping option you chose when ordering, on local carriers' lead times and, where applicable, on the customs formalities in force in your country.
